Think about “what is” instead of “what if”!!! I think this is the mindset that helps the most because your current situation has of course a reason. And it is that, that you gotta keep in mind. If not, you’ll just get addicted in crawling in your past, and the sooner you accept your present the sooner you heal! Another thing that helped me is following accounts and listen to music that make you want to move on, and improve yourself as well! Or else you’ll just getting caught up in the past, and that sure isn’t worth your time ❤️
